A high speed mixer is an integral part of industrial production facilities for chemicals, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastic and food. It is used to blend viscous materials and different kinds of ingredients and do not naturally mix. For example, emulsions for sauces, the base for paper pulp, suspensions and granular materials in pharmaceuticals, etc. High speed rotors or a chain of impellers along with the stationary stator component work to mix the fluid gradually into an emulsion of the required consistency.
These machines are designed for maximum flexibility and usually are easy to install, in different kinds of mounts. The agitators in these mixers can be changed out in a few simple steps, thus making the equipment quite flexible to use. Electronic speed control, sturdy design, stirrer that can deal with emulsions that need high speed and more torque – these are some of the features that are extremely essential in a High Speed Mixer.
